To bridge the gap in accessible care for families of people with complex medical needs, we are building a community-based program to teach temporary respite providers (babysitters, family, neighbors) how to safely assist with:

🧑‍🦼Tube feeding and mechanical ventilation

❤ Specialized CPR and First Aid tailored for people with disabilities

Position

Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) Driver
Full and Part-Time

What You'll Do
Safely transport clients to medical appointments and other scheduled destinations.
Ensure clients arrive safely and on time.
Assist passengers with entering and exiting the vehicle.
Push, maneuver, and safely secure manual wheelchairs.
Provide exceptional customer service with kindness, patience, and professionalism.
Complete vehicle inspections and maintain a clean, organized vehicle.
Communicate with dispatch regarding schedules and trip updates.
Represent On Eagle Wings Transportation with integrity and compassion.
Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of driving experience.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
Excellent attendance, reliability, and time management.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
CPR/First Aid certification is a plus (or willingness to obtain).
Physical Requirements

This is an active position and requires the ability to:

Lift 50 pounds or more.
Frequently bend, kneel, squat, and reach.
Push and maneuver occupied wheelchairs.
Assist passengers with limited mobility.
Work comfortably in various weather conditions while assisting clients.

Schedule Requirements
Weekend availability is required.
Flexibility to work mornings, afternoons, evenings, and occasional holidays is preferred based on client needs.
Punctuality is essential, as our clients depend on us to arrive on time for important appointments.

Can you support our boys at the Barry County Fair next week?

Dear Potential Buyer,
Our names are Oakley and Oliver, and we are 9 years old. This is our first year as a 4H member and our 2nd year as a member of Baseline 4-H, and we are excited to be exhibiting our rabbits at the fair.
Being in 4-H has taught us much more than just how to care for an animal. We have learned responsibility by feeding and caring for our rabbits every day, patience as we worked to build trust with our animals, and the importance of working hard to prepare for the fair. We have also learned that taking care of an animal is a daily commitment that requires dedication and kindness.
We am very proud of everything we have accomplished during our first year in 4-H. While it is hard to say goodbye to our rabbits, we know that this project has helped us grow in confidence and taught us valuable life lessons that we will carry with us for years to come.
If you choose to purchase a rabbit, you are doing much more than buying an animal. You are investing in our future and supporting a program that teaches young people responsibility, leadership, good sportsmanship, and a strong work ethic. The proceeds from our projects will help us continue our 4-H journey by purchasing supplies and caring for future project animals.

While not required for every transport, Maggie may accompany us on select rides and community events, offering comfort, companionship, and a friendly face to those who enjoy the presence of a gentle canine friend.
