The Mingo County Airport Authority is currently accepting estimates on a project to have 250 trees removed at the Southern West Virginia Regional Airport in Varney, West Virginia. Estimates should include spraying to prevent regrowth.

The Mingo County Airport Authority has one (1) hangar available at Southern West Virginia Regional Airport. The fee structure is as follows: Twelve (12) months rent paid in full no later than July 31, 2025 -- $2,100.00; hangar rent paid on a quarterly basis -- $600.00 per quarter; hangar rent paid on a monthly basis -- $225.00 per month. Renter will also be responsible for the monthly power bill.

Bids should be itemized with all details for labor, equipment, and materials listed individually and completely. Bids should be submitted to Leigh Ann Ray, administrative assistant to the authority, at: [email protected].

Bidders must possess all proper insurances.
