Structure:
- Start Up Pay 1-90 Days) $20/HR
- Productivity Pay (90+ Days) $20/HR+ Bonus up to $12,000/Year
**Requirements**
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Proven experience as a box truck driver or similar role.
- Ability to lift over 75lbs and handle physical demands of the job.
- Flexibility to work varying hours, including weekends and evenings.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent.

**Responsibilities:**
- Safely operate a box truck to transport goods to designated locations.
- Load and unload cargo, ensuring all items are securely packed and stored.
- Maintain a clean and organized truck, conducting regular inspections and maintenance checks.
- Follow company policies and procedures for delivery schedules and routes.
- Provide excellent customer service when interacting with clients at delivery locations.
- Keep accurate records of deliveries and report any issues or discrepancies to the supervisor.
