Meet Your Shop Manager: Matthew 🦅

He got his start in the trucking industry in 2021, and today he keeps the Hawk fleet rolling running shop operations behind the scenes.

Outside of work, it’s family time, exploring new places, and working on cars (yes, even off the clock, he’s still turning wrenches).

Fun fact: he earned more than 20 soccer awards growing up. ⚽

Meet Your Admin: Diana 🦅

Diana’s trucking story started overseas dispatching for a carrier in Eastern Europe back in 2019. Two years on the boards, then a move across the world to America, where she joined Hawk on the admin side.

The travel bug never left. She’s hit 12 states in the last 4 years, and off the clock you’ll find her hiking, road tripping, or planning the next adventure.

Fun fact: Diana speaks Italian — and to keep it sharp, she watches Italian movies. 🍿

Meet Your Safety & Recruiting Specialist: Kate 🦅

Kate got her start in trucking on the tech side — working as a sales associate at an ELD provider. One year into the industry, she’s brought that knowledge to Hawk, where she keeps our drivers safe and brings new ones into the Hawk family.

Her story outside of work is a good one, too. She and her husband spent 9 years long distance before she moved to the US 3 years ago to finally close the gap. These days, their time together after work is all remodeling, construction, and house projects. “Not fun at all,” in her words — the to-do list never ends 🙈

Our drivers are in good hands. 🦅
