David came to Hawk with a genuine passion for the industry — he’s always been fascinated by truck drivers and the vital role they play keeping this country moving. That appreciation is what brought him to transportation, and one year in, he’s exactly where he wants to be.

Off the clock, you’ll find him outdoors. And when he’s not outside? He’s probably writing.

The drivers he dispatches are the backbone of America — and David knows it. 🦅

Started at Hawk through a friend’s tip, spent 6 months in the warehouse, and has been running dispatch ever since — 4 years strong since July 2022.

When he’s not coordinating freight, he’s home with his wife and 10-month-old daughter. And his fun fact? He loves long drives and road trips — which honestly makes a lot of sense for someone in trucking.
