Welcome to A Thru Z’s Piano Service and Thank You Northeast Ohio for a great career in the Piano Industry since 1980. As I’m entering a new stage in life (semi-retirement) I want to focus on parts of the business that I get the most enjoyment and reward. I love helping families find the right piano for their needs offering in-home inspections and appraisals, encouraging learning at any age, and supplying in-home tuning and repair services. Sometimes on this journey, you will encounter pianos that are not worth saving and hopefully I can educate you and save you money.

I will still offer limited piano sales and consignments, concentrating on higher-quality pianos in my shop.

However after 40+ years in the piano moving – concert piano rental business, I’m discontinuing and retiring this part of my business.

I will offer in-home tuning, repairs, cleaning, appraisals, and inspections Monday – Friday during the day with limited appointments.

ALL BUSINESS IS CONDUCTED THROUGH EMAIL OR BY USING OUR VARIOUS FORMS / WE WILL CONTACT YOU FAST & EFFICIENTLY / No Phone Calls – No Office Staff – No Back & Forth / We’ve found our business runs smoother when you take the time to provide all the information on our forms, send a few pictures and you will have an answer FAST. This way we both have all correspondences – estimates documented and no confusion with appointments & dates!

I can’t promise I’m the right service person for you and able to meet everybody’s needs and timelines. I can guarantee you will have a price or answer to your request FAST! I don’t like service people that don’t get back to me either.
