Had a horrible experience with this office. They lied to us on a load being live unload/reload ended up being a drop trailer, offered unreasonable compensation for making my driver lose 2 days but the worst part of it all was how rude and unapologetic they were about the whole thing. They denied lying to us about the way they sold us the load even though I had proof of how it was offered to us in email, they refused to ask the customer rep for additional compensation and just gave us the standard price which was unfair due to the circumstances of the issue and the severity of health risk they put my driver in over the weekend. Extremely shady office, unprofessional managers and representatives I strongly recommend avoiding this office for Landstar loads!
