SAFETY- STAY HYDRATED!
THE RIGHT WAY TO DRINK AND DRIVE

-Always carry a water bottle and keep one in your vehicle! Chances are if it’s in reach you will drink more water.

-When you’re feeling sleepy, grab a glass of cold water. Studies show that you will feel more alert after drinking water. It’s a great way to get the afternoon energy going without sugar!

-Adding a flavored tea bag (such as passion fruit or peach) to cold water will give you more flavor and a small amount of caffeine.

-Drink hot herbal tea in the evening. It’s extra hydrating and a relaxing way to end your day.

-Eat whole foods that are water rich, like fruits and veggies (melons and celery are great examples). These foods will automatically increase your fluid intake. Processed foods do the complete opposite.

Regardless of what gift or special something that you do to make Father’s Day memorable, the important part is that it is done from the heart. Having a husband or father that is a truck driver can be difficult. However, Father’s Day is the perfect opportunity to show the trucker in your life that you love them and appreciate what they do for their family.

There are many different options for a shipper to move freight. When considering the benefits of using a Truckload (TL) vs. Less than Truckload (LTL), the number of pallets, weight and timelines should be among the top three considerations.
In the case of a LTL, the trailer is filled up with pallets from multiple or individual shippers who pay for space based on the freight's density and dimensional weight. Often LTL is more economical than Truckload shipping. If there are strict timelines, it is IMPERATIVE that the specific timeline information is shared with selected carrier to ensure that all parties are prepared to meet the designated expectations.

It's almost 2019, Christmas is in 6 days and I still have so many unanswered questions!!!! I haven’t found out who let the dogs out...where’s the beef...how to get to Sesame Street... why Dora doesn’t just use Google Maps...Why do all flavors of fruit loops taste exactly the same, or how many licks does it take to get to the center of a tootsie pop......why eggs are packaged in a flimsy carton, but batteries are secured in plastic that’s tough as nails...what does the fox say... why “abbreviated” is such a long word; or why is there a D in ‘fridge’ but not in refrigerator... why lemon juice is made with artificial flavor yet dish-washing liquid is made with real lemons... why they sterilize the needle for lethal injections... and, why do you have to “put your two cents in” but it’s only a “penny for your thoughts” where’s that extra penny going to... why does The Alphabet Song and Twinkle Twinkle Little Star have the same tune... why did you just try to sing those two previous songs... and just what exactly is Victoria’s secret? and where is Waldo?... Can you hear me now?...and do you really think I am this witty?? ... I actually got this from a friend, who stole it from her brother’s girlfriend’s, uncle’s cousin’s who lived next door to an old class mate’s mailman...Now it is your turn to take it from me... Copy and Paste, change the age, and enjoy your day.

Who do you work for? Every single day I sit across from my spouse at lunch and give thanks to God for the family, colleagues and customers we interact with daily.

And after 10 of working to keep our third-party logistics business thriving, I realize we do it all for them and the glory of God. We want to be the people our sons, can look up to as an example of what it looks like to literally live our dreams and purpose.
