When NASCAR came to Naval Base Coronado for the first-ever race on an active U.S. military base, Swoop was on the ground making sure everyone got where they needed to be!

The Anduril 250 “Race the Base” honored the Navy’s 250th anniversary with a full three-day national series weekend. Bhind the scenes, our team kept it all in motion...

Over the weekend, Swoop:

🚌 Ran 15+ motor coaches daily, moving 1,500+ event staff and security between offsite parking and the venue

🚐 Operated 6 executive Sprinter vans for NASCAR VIP and corporate partner groups

🔁 Deployed 6 Sprinter vans supporting onsite fan circulation across the base

📍 Provided live onsite dispatch! Handling 20+ real-time schedule changes and on-demand requests without missing a beat
