The Dam Boathouse on Lake Monroe is looking for some good local people to add to our crew this season.

🔧 Mechanics & Helper Techs
🚤 Boat Lift Installers
✨ Detailers
🙌 General Help / Dock Hands
Full-time, part-time, seasonal — whatever works. If you've got a mechanical mind, love being on the water, or just want a job that doesn't feel like sitting in a cubicle, let's talk.
Boat experience is a bonus. So is knowing how to back a trailer. But mostly we're looking for people who show up, work hard, and take pride in what they do.
Pay is competitive and based on experience.
