HIRING BOAT MECHANICS!!!
Seeking a FULL-TIME marine technician who is familiar with outboard, inboard, and sterndrive engines. We are a Mercury Marine Dealer, but also service Yamaha, Suzuki, Honda, some Volvo engines, and Cummins Diesels. Jobs are either performed at our full-service shop in Norfolk or at various marinas, as well as at customer's houses, in the Hampton Roads area and the Peninsula. Occasional trips to Wanchese, NC will be required, with paid drivetime and lunch provided. Service trucks are provided.
Qualifications:
Mercury Marine Certifications are preferred, but not necessary. Willing to train the right person, with mechanical background.
Must have a valid driver's license.
Must speak English and have proper documentation to work in the US.
Must have basic mechanic's tools.
Must be able to work Monday-Friday from 8:30pm-5pm.
Must be reliable.
Must be a problem solver and have the ability to maintain numerous working jobs in an organized fashion.
Must like dogs.
