Siedhoff Distributing Virgil L. Siedhoff Sr. started with one truck in 1954 delivering milk in glass bottles door to door. Our Future is to build what has made the company successful.

Since then we've grown into a multi-line freight business covering the lower 48 states and specializing in refrigerated and frozen foods. Our Reputation of safety, professionalism and being on time is our calling card. It has allowed us to develop some great relationships with many long-time customers. Our consistent service has helped us to continually expand our customer base, lanes and types of

freight. Our Trucking Division has grown to over 60 trucks and 109 dry van and refrigerated trailers and still growing. Although we haul more and more dry van freight, we specialize in food-related products and deep frozen loads. We run local, regional and long haul, giving our drivers more flexibility. We are proud to offer our drivers top quality equipment, on-site driver managers, excellent benefits, job stability and weekly pay guarantees. Our drivers don't bear the weight of delays at customers or because of breakdowns. Our Hiring Philosophy is not to put as many drivers as possible out on the road and see who makes it. We're in the "People Business" so we will invest time and money into candidates that are as good a fit for us as we are for them. Whether you are new to the industry, have no experience or just need a new start, we've found that finding "the right fit" goes a long way toward making this a career instead of just another place to work. We are continually evolving with the trucking industry, learning and adapting to the ever-changing dynamics of the next generation of drivers.
