Top 3 travel debacles I’ve taken care of this week.

✈️ Client’s connecting flight was canceled. I took care of it while they chilled at the airport Starbucks.

🌊 An excursion didn’t go quite as planned. I got the vendor to give my clients a FULL refund.

🛳️ Last minute, an extra family member wanted to hop on the family cruise. I got them on that DANG ship along with some extra onboard credit.

Mine is a clean clean pillowcase for EVERY night of my trip.
7 nights = 7 pillowcases

Also … if you’re a chronic over-packer like me, I have a FREE packing checklist that’ll save your sanity.

Typical conversation between me and Dwight before we travel.

Me - “Is there a washing machine and dryer?”

Dwight - “Yes.”

Me - “GAME CHANGER!”

Then I still OVER-pack. I LITERALLY think I pack MORE when there’s a washing machine and dryer 🤣🤣🤣.

Bro … when I came around the corner it made my insides jump 😳.

I tell you what else is scary … waiting till last minute to book that trip and paying more than you had to. I’ve seen it jump over night as much as $1,000. That was a tough conversation to have with my client.

I’m telling you … if you have ‘extra’ money for those type of shenanigans … I can’t relate 😜.

The time I wished I had a travel agent 🤣🤣🤣.

We were stranded somewhere between Texas and Colorado when our flight home was cancelled (thank you Tyler Pounds).

We could have stayed at a hotel but honestly … we were desperate to get home.

The instructions from the airline were CONFUSING.

The car rental was CONFUSING.

Where were our bags even at?

Dwight and I stood just staring at each other looking lost, tired, and pitiful.

It would’ve just been nice to be able to call someone. Unfortunately … I was the someone 😒.
