The shift might be over, but the work isn't done.

At our Twin Falls, Idaho project, driver Clay Simpson takes a few minutes at the end of his shift to fuel up his truck and get it ready for the next driver.

It's a simple task, but it's the kind of teamwork that keeps us moving. Looking out for the next guy, doing your part, and knowing that the job doesn't stop when you clock out.

That's what Team Green is all about. Hardworking people who take pride in what they do and have each other's backs.

Meet Travis Tomberlin, affectionately known as "Tumbleweed," a driver at our Paul, Idaho project!

Travis earned his nickname while serving in the military, where he spent 4 years in the Marines, 5 years in the Army, and 1 year in the National Guard.

After 4 years as a Loader Operator with Transystems, Tumbleweed is now in his second year behind the wheel! He enjoys the versatility of driving, especially working the night shift and listening to audiobooks while hauling sugar beets. 🚛

But what he values most is the camaraderie among his coworkers at the Paul project. He appreciates being part of a team that looks out for one another, lends a hand when needed, and always has each other's backs.

Thank you, Tumbleweed, for your years of military service and for being such a valued part of Team Green! 💚
