Becca Q's Pet Transport

Becca Q's Pet Transport I am Becca, and I have been doing animal transport professionally since 2011, Before that I was a volunteer transporter for various rescues since 1998.

I have been USDA certified since 2011 as well from the state of Texas. I started as a volunteer transporter back in 1998 with a local organization in Alabama. I carried a few animals for them over a few years. Then I moved several times, and each time I did, I found some local rescue to do a few transports for. Then in 2011 my other half lost his job, That's when I hit the road as a paid transport

er. It didn't take long to establish a good reputation as a dependable, reliable, safe, and discreet animal ground transporter. I have plenty of good references and happy customers both from rescues and breeders. Feel free to text me at listed phone number for more information or references. I use a minivan (minus seats of course) to do my transports. I am only USDA certified to transport domestic pets, no exotics. I drive to 45 states. I do not go to Massachusetts, Connecticut, or Rhode Island. I also do not go into ANY of the NYC burroughs. I am willing to meet anyone outside the city, however. There's a Walmart in Union, NJ or the Grover Cleveland service area on the nj turnpike. All animals must have a valid health certificate to cross state lines. I require a collar on all dogs older than 17 weeks. I walk all dogs regularly during transport, as long as they are over 17 weeks old and have proof of complete vaccinations. All puppies and dogs with no vaccinations do not come out of crates until they are delivered. I do feed/water regularly, and the ones that cannot get out I clean the crates and use either puppy pads or wood shavings, also cleaned out regularly. I ask for enough food the animal is currently eating to be sent with him/her to last the ride, but if none is available I keep a bag of puppy food and a bag kitten food on hand. I supply my own crates, but if you are sending one with your pet, please let me know upon first contact so I can have space available. For cats I use crates large enough to have a small litter box in it, and I use scoopable litter. In the interest of safety, cats do not come out of crates until they are delivered. I cannot guarantee delivery dates, but I do not take an excessive amount of time to deliver animals after pick up. I get them where they are going with as much speed and efficiency as possible. I stay in contact with all parties involved via text message during the trip. I am available 24/7 via text. If I am asleep or in an area with no cell coverage, I will reply as soon as possible. I sleep in the van with the animals. I do not leave them alone for long periods of time. As long as I am in the van I can keep the heat or a/c on as needed. If I am comfortable, your pet will be as well. For my protection and that of the animals I am transporting, my constant traveling companion is my dog (Slim Shady). He rides in the front passenger seat, and I take precautions when handling other animals so there is no interaction between them or with my own dog. I do not mix animals in crates. If I pick up one puppy or one cat from you, that animal is alone in their crate the entire trip. If you want more than one animal to ride together, please inform me upon first contact. I clean and sterilize crates between animals. Rates are based on distance, and with gas prices soaring, my rates are variable depending on location and distance. I need city/location of pick up and delivery to give a price. Whatever the price is, I also do half off for each additional animal going/coming from same locations. I do transport year-round, but I try to do minimum travel in the far northern states between December and March. For any questions or information I have not covered, please text Becca 903-441-5549

edited to add: I currently drive a small bus instead of a minivan, and I also have an addition to family, a grown lab mix to keep my pitbull company. They are always crated when I walk other dogs and when I have aggressive dogs transporting as well. [email protected].

Over the past couple of weeks more people have started coming to my page to check me out. I just needed to say right here that I have not updated my rates or any of my information in months and months so most of it, including the phone number is going to be outdated.
My current rate for anywhere I go is 40 cents per mile with a cap of $800.
If gas goes up again, my rate will go up again as well. Right now it's the same rate it was before gas prices skyrocketed.
One of these days I'll get around to updating my page. But since I don't use Facebook for customers or for advertising, it's kind of pointless. I'll do it just because though.

Ohhhh when will the rain end?
I'm really surprised the entire southeast hasn't just dissolved into the ocean.

Awww I just saw a picture of a hairless puppy (I can't even begin to pronounce the breed the person said it was, but not a crested) for the first time.
You see pictures of the adults all the time. The mother of a friend of mine had an adult Chinese Crested years ago. But never have I seen a puppy.
It was so freaking cute!!

I posted this on my "real" profile. Decided to share on here.

Okay now I'm irritated and I just need to post this to get it off my chest.
I stopped transporting for rescues a long time ago because rescues will screw you over before anyone else. For every good transport that I've done for a rescue, I have had five bad experiences. having said that, today I decided to join a couple of rescue groups for transport because I stopped at a Sheetz in Virginia and there was a flyer that had "transporters needed" and attached to it where these little pieces of paper that had two Facebook groups on it. So I figured, why not? It's been a long time and it's time for me to get back into rescue transporting. Both groups are private and I had to request to be allowed to join them. one accepted and I put the post out saying this is who I am this is what I do this is where I'm going hit me up if I can help your rescue.
but their first question I was asked is if I'm usda-certified. Okay, I can understand wanting to know that if you were paying me to do a transport. But volunteer rescue transports are not required to be certified because they are not being paid. It is not considered interstate commerce. well, for some reason I was not able to answer on the group, so I posted it on my own page. My business page. Which I almost never go to or post on. I don't need to. I stay plenty busy without putting all of my business all over the page.
there's somebody else started getting snippy about the fact that my personal fb account is not the one that I used to post to the group. Again, I cannot respond on the group page for some reason. So, I respond on my page.
tell me what I have gotten 11 messages from different people asking me to do transports for them for free. Only one of them was an actual rescue. And that rescue wanted me to do the transport with absolutely no paperwork, as well as could not provide a collar or leash for the dog.
All of a sudden I'm remembering why I don't do rescue transport.

Also to reply to somebody that I cannot reply to on the group, my "real" profile is nobody else's business. The profile listed on that page is my business. My "real" profile as you put it is my personal life, my actual friends, and my actual family, and nobody's concerned but my own.

I'm sorry, but if you are contacting me for a FREE transport, the least you can do is provide the paperwork that I asked for as well as the other items I've listed. also, when you rescue people organize a leg to leg to leg to leg transport, they are all volunteers, and I guarantee you they are not all usda-certified. So asking me if I am USDA certified as a legal for-profit transporter, for your FREE rescue transport, is a little bit redundant. But yes, I am. And no, I do not allow reviews. so no, you won't find any. But do you know what you also won't find? Any bad s**t. and I can provide you with plenty of references both paid and rescue.
So come at me with an attitude, and I will shut you down immediately. I don't play games. I Just drive.

Someone asked a question on one of my posts on a rescue site and I don't know why I'm not able to answer. Yes, I am usda-certified and have been since 2011 in the state of Texas.
