Get up at 12:15am, drive to Baltimore airport, fly to Florida, drive to Harris chain of lakes to learn how to catch these Florida bass in the cold weather. Why not enter the big bass tour, catch a big one, we will see if he makes a check. Just another weekend with no sleep…

Girl Power! Yes the girls kicked some butt this year winning the junior state championship using Sneaky Hollow tubes and dead sticks. I also had to add in Bradyn catching some with our retro strike king Polaroids, I love it. Come meet us at the Great American Outdoor Show in just a few more weeks!

My favorite two colors on The Saint Lawrence River and Lake Ontario are #19 Dirty Boy and #01 Smoke Purple. One was made to resemble a goby and I have no idea what smoke purple looks like other than something they love to eat!

The Susquehanna River is where Sneaky Hollow began. Tubes, the jerk and dead sticks are all smallmouth candy on the Susquehanna given the right time of year. Here are a few memorable trips over the years.

So what is the best color tube? Green pumpkin? I make about 12 different varieties; green pumpkin, baby poo, dirty boy, SmackDown, Susquehanna craw and so on. All meant to either match a species of crayfish or goby. I think it comes down to matching the bait, be it minnows, crayfish or shad, there is a color in our line. But really, every color we make catches fish so choose the one you have confidence in, they all work or we wouldn’t make them.
