TSA Gateside is coming to TUL! And if you’ve used our TUL Visitor Pass, don’t worry, that program isn’t going anywhere.

Here's what you need to know about both programs:
Starting October 2nd, TSA Gateside will be available at Tulsa International Airport for TSA PreCheck members with a valid Known Traveler Number. If you want to give it a try, you’ll need to apply through tsa.gov/gateside 1–3 days before your visit. A nice perk of Gateside is that you get to use the same dedicated TSA PreCheck lane you know and love.

You can also use the TUL Visitor Pass, our free program that allows any non-travelers with a TSA compliant ID to go through security. You can apply at flytulsa.com up to one week in advance, and most applications are approved within minutes.

Whether you’re meeting someone at the gate, seeing a loved one off or just want to enjoy more of TUL, there’s an option for you!

The E-4B “Nightwatch,” aka the “Doomsday Plane,” made a visit to TUL this morning for a few touch-and-go landings as part of a training exercise.

The modified Boeing 747-200 serves as the National Airborne Operations Center, supporting the President, Secretary of Defense and Joint Chiefs of Staff as part of the National Military Command System in the event of a national emergency or destruction of ground command centers. It’s based at Offutt Air Force Base in Nebraska.
