Congratulations to our Customer of the Month for April, who wishes to keep his identity private. Last week he did free preventative maintenance at our rival Sta Lo Market by severing all their copper lines to keep their refrigeration units from overheating.

We have rewarded him with a brand new pair of bolt cutters to replace the ones he accidentally left at the scene, and purchased the copper he recovered at market price. Congratulations!

๐Ÿšจ 22 LOADS. 700+ BALES. 15+ TRUCKS โ€” HAY CONVOY ROLLS FOR NEBRASKA

๐Ÿ“ Oakland โ†’ Gothenburg, Nebraska
๐Ÿ“… Monday Morning

No contracts.
No rate confirmations.
No excuses.

๐Ÿ‘‰ Just drivers showing up.

๐Ÿš› WHAT HAPPENED

A convoy of 15+ semis loaded with hay rolled out of Oakland at 7:00 AM to support ranchers devastated by wildfires.

โ€ข 22 total loads
โ€ข 34 bales per truck
โ€ข 700+ bales delivered

๐Ÿ‘‰ Headed straight into the hardest-hit areas.

๐Ÿ”ฅ WHY THIS MATTERS

The Morrill Fire has:

โ€ข Burned 643,000+ acres
โ€ข Become the largest wildfire in Nebraska history
โ€ข Wiped out grazing land across entire regions

๐Ÿ‘‰ Ranchers are left with nothing to feed cattle

๐Ÿง  REAL STORIES BEHIND IT

Organizer Justin Smith didnโ€™t wait around.

๐Ÿ‘‰ He made a few calls
๐Ÿ‘‰ Posted one message
๐Ÿ‘‰ And the industry responded

Drivers. Ranchers. Communities.

All stepping up.

๐Ÿ‘Š FROM THE DRIVERโ€™S SEAT

One driver said it best:

๐Ÿ‘‰ โ€œIf something ever happens to us, hopefully someone returns the favor.โ€

Thatโ€™s it.

Thatโ€™s the whole industry in one sentence.

๐Ÿš› THE ROUTE

Oakland โ†’ Hwy 77 โ†’ Fremont โ†’ Hwy 30 โ†’ Grand Island โ†’ I-80 โ†’ Gothenburg

๐Ÿ‘‰ Straight into the need.

โš ๏ธ REALITY CHECK

This isnโ€™t about headlines.

Itโ€™s about:

โ€ข Keeping cattle alive
โ€ข Keeping ranchers afloat
โ€ข Holding communities together

When things go badโ€ฆ

๐Ÿ‘‰ Truckers donโ€™t talk about it.
๐Ÿ‘‰ They move.

๐Ÿ‘‡ BOTTOM LINE

โ€ข 15+ trucks mobilized
โ€ข 700+ bales delivered
โ€ข Community-led effort
โ€ข Wildfire impact still ongoing

We were told that we needed to make the store more wheelchair-friendly. We were unsure what that meant, so we built this sweet ramp by the door. So, if anyone in a wheelchair wants to do some sick tricks on it, it's only $22.89, plus you gotta sign a wafer for liability and video rights to anything gnarly you do. Thank yall Gobbless

Cashier Doris missed our annual drug test for the sixth year in a row after coming down with sudden glaucoma and joint issues this morning.

We provided her with a pizza and Doritos so she can self-medicate safely in her vehicle until she feels better. Get well Doris!
