The City of T or C.Commissioners are discussing selling the antiquated electrical system,, because they can't afford it. The City Commissioners decide the budget in secret meetings. They keep taking the electric department income money to pay a kazillion dollars in loans. The loans were taken out to keep good old boys rich from "tourism", instead of maintenance,

For failure in maintenance of the rusty, rotted out transformers, entire blocks of houses catch fire.

If the City thinks misspending is such a priority, then wouldn't it be great if the City Commissioners misspent money on things we need, like a local bus system for 22,000 rides per year for local people to get to the grocery, doctor, jobs, daycare and to pay the ever increasing utility bills?
