Michigan snowmobile trail permits are increasing from $52 to $65 for the 2026–27 season. The required five-year CPI adjustment sets the fee for the next five years, and helps support more than 6,300 miles of trails, maintained by 67 volunteer clubs. Michigan’s snowmobile trail system also generates roughly $1 billion in annual economic impact. 🛷❄️

🦃❄️ EURO EXTENDED SHOWS A CRAZY SNOW SIGNAL FOR THANKSGIVING WEEK!

The October 16 Euro extended run paints an attention-grabbing snow signal from parts of the Plains into the Midwest, Great Lakes, and portions of the Northeast during the seven-day period ending November 27! 👀

Before anyone starts planning a snowy Thanksgiving: this is NOT a forecast. We’re still several weeks out, confidence is very low, and this signal could shift dramatically—or disappear.

That’s why there’s no accumulation scale here. We’re watching the broader pattern, not predicting snowfall totals for your backyard. One run doesn’t establish a trend, but it gives us something interesting to monitor!

Donks Designs is hiring! Part-time or full-time opportunities available at our shop in Cadillac.

We’re looking for someone with experience in powersports graphics design, printing/production, or graphic design in general. Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop experience is a big plus.

You don’t need to know everything coming in:
• If you’re computer tech savvy and comfortable learning software, we can teach you the powersports graphics side.
• If you know powersports and can figure your way around a computer, we can teach you the design and production side.

Printing, laminating, and cutting graphics may be part of your weekly tasks, so experience with those is a plus. We already have an installer in-house, but if installation interests you, there’s an opportunity to help with that too.

We’re a small, family-run shop where everyone helps each other out. We’re looking for someone who brings a relevant skill or background, learns quickly, and pays attention to detail.

We’re happy to provide training, but this position does require a starting foundation. If you’re starting from zero in both computer skills and Powersports, this likely won’t be the right fit. Just to be clear this is not a position where we repair Powersports, work on them, etc this is strictly a graphics design shop that specializes in wrapping powersports vehicles.
