The latest build in the chute is officially underway; a new CY39 Center Console.

Built on our proven CY39 hull platform, this boat is being customized from the ground up with extensive owner input to fit his family's South Florida boating and fishing lifestyle. That's one of the things we enjoy most about custom building: every project is a little different, and every owner gets a boat tailored to how they actually use it.

Power will come from triple Yamaha F350 V6 outboards, providing the performance, reliability, and efficiency today's boaters expect. Backed by Composite Yacht's transferable 10-Year Structural Warranty, she'll be ready for many years of dependable service and family memories on the water.

Like all Composite Yacht models, the CY39 can be adapted to suit your needs. Whether you're looking for a Center Console, Pilothouse, Walkaround, Express, or something entirely unique, our design and engineering team can help bring your vision to life.

Normally Fridays are reserved for shop updates and progress photos, but today we're making an exception.
Today, we're proud to officially unveil the final renderings of the all-new Composite Yacht CY62 Convertible!

From the beginning, this project has been about creating a serious offshore sportfishing platform. One capable of competing on the tournament circuit, fishing hard in demanding conditions, and still providing the comfort and accommodations needed for extended time aboard with family and friends.

Every inch of this boat has been thoughtfully designed and engineered with performance in mind. Hull balance, efficiency, ride quality, fishability, visibility, and overall comfort have all received tremendous attention throughout the design spiral. The result is a boat that is as purposeful as she is beautiful.
And unlike most custom offshore convertibles, the CY62 is being built using our proven wood-free composite construction. That means no structural wood, no concerns about hidden rot years down the road, and no maintenance costs associated with preserving wood-cored structures. Just a stronger, more durable yacht designed to provide decades of reliable service.

This is not a production boat built from a predetermined options list. The CY62 is a fully custom Sportfisher, built around her owner's vision and tailored to the way he fishes, cruises, and enjoys time on the water with his family.

We'd also like to thank Trip Ivey, Michael Peters Yacht Design, and the many unsung heroes on the Composite Yacht design and engineering team who have invested countless hours helping turn this dream into reality. Most of all, we'd like to thank the owner for trusting us with this incredible project.

It's been a true team effort from day one, and we have no doubt she's going to be something special.

We'd like to take a moment to thank the outstanding crew aboard Fish Redeemer for generously donating a trip to support a fundraising event benefiting a local organization that is especially close to our hearts, Positive Strides Therapeutic Riding Center.

Both Fish Redeemer and Positive Strides are incredible organizations making a real difference in our community, and we're grateful to see them come together for such a great cause.

The Redeemer crew made the run across the Bay to pick up the group and treated them to an unforgettable day on the water. Fish were caught, stories were made, and everyone had a fantastic time enjoying all that the Chesapeake has to offer.

A sincere thank you to the Fish Redeemer team for their generosity and commitment to supporting our local community.

While it may not get quite as much fanfare as the traditional "Whiskey Plank," the new CY62 is reaching a major milestone. Her first hull planks are being set!

Measuring 62 feet in length with a 19-foot beam and powered by more than 4,000 horsepower, this incredible sportfishing yacht is being designed and built through close collaboration with her owner and experienced tournament crew. The result will be a boat equally at home on the competitive circuit and during extended stays aboard with family and friends.

We're putting the finishing touches on the superstructure design and expect to have finalized renderings to share very soon!

We're also excited to share that we've officially closed on the property next door! While there's still plenty of work ahead, this marks another major milestone for our team, and we're looking forward to sharing more details about the next expansion of the Composite Yacht Global Headquarters very soon!

Friday Shop Shots is particularly special this week as we celebrate 20 years with Paulo San Juan at Composite Yacht.

Paulo and his wonderful bride are the very definition of the American Dream. They arrived from the Philippines as newlyweds with little more than determination, incredible talent, quick wit, and a relentless drive to build a better future.

Today, she is an accomplished nurse, and Paulo has become an absolute cornerstone of Composite Yacht. Welding, fiberglass, fabrication, playing music, keeping the crew laughing and on their toes - there’s truly nothing he can’t do. Along the way, they’ve also raised three remarkable boys, and we’re proud to call all of them part of our family.

This isn’t just a congratulations post. It’s a heartfelt thank you.

Thank you, Paulo, for the dedication, craftsmanship, and passion you bring every single day. Our boats are better because of you, and so are we. Thank you for allowing us to be part of your incredible journey.
