✨The countdown is ON! Less than 30 days until I'm back at Walt Disney World!✨

I don't think I'll ever get tired of walking down Main Street, seeing the castle, or experiencing all the little things that make Disney so special. And with the holiday season approaching, I'm even more excited!

One of my favorite things about being a travel planner is getting to experience these destinations firsthand. Disney and Universal are constantly changing, and every trip gives me something new to learn, explore, and share with my clients.

Calling all Disney lovers! Have you experienced a Disney Cruise yet?

Our family LOVES a Disney cruise because it gives us a chance to truly relax while still being surrounded by Disney magic. It’s such a great mix of fun, amazing service, entertainment, and downtime.

You can spend your days enjoying the pools, Broadway-style shows, character experiences, incredible dining, beautiful destinations, and even watching Disney movies that are still playing in theaters!

For us, it’s one of the best ways to get that Disney feeling without the nonstop pace of a theme park vacation.

If you have a Walt Disney World trip coming up, you may want to make a note of the upcoming Magic Kingdom fireworks schedule changes:

✨ Beginning August 31: Happily Ever After moves to 9:30 PM
✨ Beginning October 5: Happily Ever After moves to 9:00 PM on select nights

The earlier showtimes are a pretty normal seasonal change as the days get shorter heading into fall and winter.

If you’ve never seen Happily Ever After, it’s one of my favorite ways to end a Magic Kingdom day! The approximately 18-minute show combines fireworks, projections on Cinderella Castle and Main Street, lasers, special effects, and so many of your favorite Disney songs.

🎃 One important reminder for fall trips: Happily Ever After is not performed on Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party nights, so be sure to check your dates when planning your Magic Kingdom days.

And as always, Disney entertainment schedules can change, so I recommend checking the My Disney Experience app as your trip gets closer.

Traveling soon?

A few days before you leave, take screenshots of your airline boarding passes, hotel confirmations, theme park tickets, and reservation numbers.

While most apps work great, cell service and Wi-Fi aren't always reliable when you're traveling. Having everything saved on your phone means you'll still have access even if your signal disappears.

It's a simple step that can save you a lot of time and frustration while you're on vacation.

Friday Travel Tip ✈️
Traveling soon? Take a few minutes this weekend to create a shared photo album before your vacation starts.

Whether you use Google Photos, Apple Photos, or another app, everyone in your travel group can add their pictures throughout the trip. Instead of spending weeks asking everyone to send their photos afterward, they'll all be in one place and ready to enjoy as soon as you get home.

One of the best parts of traveling isn't just the destination, it's the memories you create with the people you love most. Those moments go by so quickly, but the photos help you relive them for years to come. Creating a shared album is a simple way to make sure everyone's favorite memories are saved, treasured, and never forgotten.

If you've been thinking about visiting Universal Orlando's Epic Universe, there's one more reason to plan on staying until the park closes!

Universal has officially debuted its brand-new nighttime spectacular, Universal Celestial Goodnight, in Celestial Park.

The show brings the park to life with nearly 600 synchronized light fixtures, more than 350 fountains, seven million LED lights, an original musical score, and a fireworks finale over Celestial Park.

Along the way, you'll relive moments from each of Epic Universe's incredible worlds, including:

~Super Nintendo World
~How to Train Your Dragon – Isle of Berk
~The Wizarding World of Harry Potter™ – Ministry of Magic
~Dark Universe

The combination of music, fountains, lighting, and fireworks really makes the finale feel special.

If you're planning an Epic Universe vacation, I'd definitely recommend setting aside time to enjoy the show before heading out. It's the perfect ending to an already incredible day in the park.
