ABOUT NJWMA
NJWMA was organized by licensed movers in 1969 to build consumer confidence in the New Jersey moving industry. While descendants of some of the original pioneer founding companies still manage moving and storage businesses in New Jersey, new companies -- large and small -- become members every year, meeting very high performance standards and as well NJWMA strict code of ethics. rs are also required to maintain all mandatory insurance to continue membership. Any individual, firm, partnership or corporation engaged in the transportation of office or household goods, with a headquarters office located in New Jersey, may become a member of this association. The mission of The New Jersey Warehouse & Movers Association shall be to promote professionalism among movers. To serve as the voice of the moving and storage industry in New Jersey in all matters that unite the industry. To educate consumers on the importance of only using licensed movers.
