🚌 SERVICE CHANGES BEGIN SEPTEMBER 6, 2026! 💙

We’re making service updates to help improve connections, reliability, and capacity for our riders.

📍 Route 8
Minor schedule adjustments will be made at the Coachella Hub to improve connections with Route 1EV.

🚌 800 Tripper
The 800 Tripper will be revised to operate via Avenue 44 and will now operate with three (3) buses in the morning and three (3) buses in the afternoon to help alleviate school passenger capacity concerns and improve service reliability.

⏰ Important: All three buses will depart at the same time and will make one trip in the morning and one trip in the afternoon.

📅 These service changes take effect September 6, 2026.

Please plan ahead and check your schedule before you travel. 💙🚌



🚌 ¡LOS CAMBIOS DE SERVICIO COMIENZAN EL 6 DE SEPTIEMBRE DE 2026! 💙

Estamos realizando cambios en el servicio para mejorar las conexiones, la confiabilidad y la capacidad para nuestros pasajeros.

📍 Ruta 8
Se realizarán pequeños ajustes al horario en el Centro de Transporte de Coachella (Coachella Hub) para mejorar las conexiones con la Ruta 1EV.

🚌 800 Tripper
El servicio 800 Tripper operará por Avenue 44 y ahora contará con tres (3) autobuses por la mañana y tres (3) autobuses por la tarde para ayudar a aliviar los problemas de capacidad de estudiantes y mejorar la confiabilidad del servicio.

⏰ Importante: Los tres autobuses saldrán a la misma hora y realizarán un solo viaje por la mañana y un solo viaje por la tarde.

📅 Estos cambios de servicio entrarán en vigor el 6 de septiembre de 2026.

Heading to school on SunLine? Here are a few reminders to help make your trip safe, smooth, and enjoyable:

📱 Plan your trip using the Transit app.
⏰ Arrive early at your bus stop.
🚌 Take the first bus available to your destination.
💳 Have your fare ready before boarding.
💺 Take the first available seat behind priority seating.
🤝 Follow the Code of Conduct and be mindful of your fellow riders.
🛑 Stay on the bus until your final destination or transfer location.

And most importantly… enjoy the ride! 💙🚌
