Stopped in for breakfast & coffee on our way out of the Sparta, TN, area heading towards Gatlinburg this morning. If you’re ever passing through, The Coffee Collective is a great spot! Jeff had his usual - a basic cappuccino. I had an appropriately-named seasonal latte - the Extra Basic Witch latte with pumpkin spice & brown sugar. The “Spicy Eggspresso” with candied bacon really hit the spot.
