MAINTENANCE

The Thief River Falls Regional Airport Authority is currently seeking qualified applicants for the full-time position of Airport Maintenance/Operations. Duties include general maintenance of buildings and grounds, heavy equipment maintenance and repair, mowing, snow removal, custodial activities, and Aircraft Rescue Firefighting (ARFF). This is a 40 hour per week, evening shift position (typical 2pm - 11pm). Operation of heavy equipment is required. Holiday and weekend work occasionally required. Individual must be able to obtain ARFF certification (provided by Airport) within 6 months of employment and have demonstrated experience in the activities described above. An equivalent combination of education and experience will also be considered. Individual must have a valid driver’s license and meet the physical requirements of the position. Mechanic experience preferred. Residence in close proximity to the airport preferred. Applications must be submitted by 4:30pm, February 23, 2024. Applications are available upon request.
