A typical large school bus is equipped with six mirrors, each designed to help drivers see around the bus and reduce blind spots. Together, they provide a more complete view of the areas where students, pedestrians, cyclists, and other vehicles may be present.

From checking traffic behind the bus to monitoring the loading and unloading zone, these mirrors are an important part of every safe trip - and they're inspected and adjusted before each route.
