NOTICE AND ADVERTISEMENT OF ENFORCEMENT OF WAREHOUSEMAN’S LIEN

Goods located at the premises of Classic FA, 295 North Street, Teterboro, NJ, that were delivered and stored on behalf of Weisbrod Chinese Art, Ltd. & Shmot International % ALAN A.M. WEISBROD, are subject to a warehouseman’s lien pursuant to N.J.S.A. 12A:7-210, held by Classic FA pursuant to N.J.S.A. 12A:7-307.
Storage Account opened April 1st, 2008. Demand was previously made for payment of these fees, but payment has not been made.
The goods stored therein consist of a collection of antique Chinese Sculptures and related items. All goods are sold “as is” and must be removed at the time of purchase. Auction is subject to adjournment.
Online Auction will close on September 16th, 2025, at 10 AM (EST). Secured party reserves its right to credit bid their lien.
