Women have asked me: 'How do I set boundaries without feeling guilty?'
Here's what I tell them...

You're standing in the doorway between who you've been and who you're becoming. Half-turned toward the life you want, but still carrying everyone else's needs on your shoulders. Still waking up before the rest of the world because it's the only time that belongs to you.

You know something needs to shift. You can feel it in your body — that constant hum of anxiety, the way you hold your breath when someone asks something of you.

But knowing something needs to change and feeling safe enough to actually move are two completely different things.

This is what we're exploring in Body of Wisdom.

Michelle of I Am Positive Living and I are guiding women through a 6-month somatic initiation — for the woman who's ready to stop abandoning herself to keep everyone else comfortable.

This isn't therapy. This isn't another boundaries workshop you'll understand intellectually but struggle to implement.
This is initiation work — the kind that happens at the level of tissue, breath, and nervous system. The kind that gives you a felt sense of your own sovereignty.
