I’ve been thinking about Dolly today and just… what a life. 🤍

So much talent, yes. But also so much heart, humor, generosity, grit, and this really beautiful ability to stay completely herself through all of it.

She built something huge without losing the parts of her that mattered. She made people laugh, cry, sing, dream bigger, and probably feel a little more brave about being exactly who they are.

What an incredible legacy to leave behind… not just songs or success, but a whole feeling.

A reminder that you can be kind and strong.
Soft and ambitious. Wildly successful and still deeply human.

Maybe the dream isn’t a life that looks impressive from the outside, it’s waking up and realizing you’re not rushing anymore.

You’re not bracing for the next thing to go wrong.

You trust yourself.

You have people around you who feel safe.

You say no without writing a whole defense case in your head.

You rest.

You laugh more.

You take the trip.

You do the wild thing that keeps tugging at you.

And somewhere along the way, the life you thought you had to earn starts to feel like the life you’re actually allowed to live.

That’s the kind of becoming I’m here for. 🤍

The ocean doesn’t ask me to hustle harder, figure it all out, or hold everything together.

It reminds my nervous system what spaciousness feels like.

Maybe that’s why I keep coming back to wild places. Not to escape my life, but to come back to myself inside of it.

More ocean. More exhale. More of whatever makes your brain feel this quiet. 🤍
