🔧 NOW HIRING – MARINE MECHANIC 🔧

We are looking to add a Marine Mechanic to our team at Floaters and Motors.

What we’re looking for:

Experience working on outboard motors
Able to perform routine services and maintenance
Able to diagnose and repair common outboard issues
Familiarity with Yamaha, Mercury, Suzuki, Honda, etc.
Inboard/Outboard (I/O) experience is a plus, but NOT required
Dependable, motivated, and able to work independently

We’re mainly looking for someone who knows their way around outboards and can handle everyday service and repair work. You do not have to be a master technician to apply.

Pay based on experience.

Think ethanol fuel is harmless? Think again.
