Devin represents the next generation of leadership at the family marina, stepping in as manager and upcoming owner to oversee daily operations. Following in the footsteps of his father, Mike Bannick, who successfully ran the facility for the past 25 years, Devin combines decades of maritime heritage with a modern approach to vessel care.

Growing up immersed in dockside operations, Devin is dedicated to ensuring that every boat arriving and departing leaves in the best possible condition. 🔧 NOW HIRING – MARINE MECHANIC 🔧

We are looking to add a Marine Mechanic to our team at Floaters and Motors.

What we’re looking for:

Experience working on outboard motors
Able to perform routine services and maintenance
Able to diagnose and repair common outboard issues
Familiarity with Yamaha, Mercury, Suzuki, Honda, etc.
Inboard/Outboard (I/O) experience is a plus, but NOT required
Dependable, motivated, and able to work independently

We’re mainly looking for someone who knows their way around outboards and can handle everyday service and repair work. You do not have to be a master technician to apply.

Pay based on experience.

Ethanol-blended gasoline absorbs moisture over time. When it absorbs too much water, it separates from the gasoline and sinks to the bottom of your tank—the first thing your engine tries to suck up.
