Looking for a job this summer? We are hiring for summer harvest, and we are looking for people passionate about agriculture to join us for our summer straw harvest from our Tangent, Oregon location. Our open positions include:
🚜 Crew Boss
🚜 Inventory Control Intern (College Credit Available)
🚜 Stacker Tractor Operators
🚜 Baler Tractor Operators
🚜 Rake Tractor Operators

🌾Part-Time and Full-Time summer seasonal positions available with preference to those with experience.
🌾Harvest operations are Monday through Saturday, and typically begin the last week of June/first week week of July lasting 5 to 6 weeks.

We are deeply saddened to hear about the passing of our former truck driver, Josh Brown, on July 13, 2025. Josh was more than just a skilled driver (who could really do it all), he was always a joy to work with, especially when he shared his contagious laugh with everyone in the office, the field, and those driver “conference calls.” Rain or shine, early or late, Josh showed up with grit and grace, ready to roll on for the day. We like to think he is now driving the highways of heaven, either in his Challenger or a Pete- no traffic, no weigh stations, no speed limits, just smooth roads and golden horizons. We send the deepest condolences to his family and friends, and we honor the miles he traveled and the lives he touched. Rest easy, Josh. Keep on truckin’ — we’ll see you down the road.

Joshua James Brown will be laid to rest with military honors at Willamette National Cemetery on Thursday, July 31st.
