That’s a wrap on TPNx 2026✈️

To everyone who attended, sponsored, partnered and helped make this year unforgettable — thank you. The conversations, connections and support throughout the week reminded us exactly what this community is all about.

A special thank you to everyone who welcomed affected Spirit pilots with open arms after last-minute industry news shifted their plans. Watching pilots walk away with new opportunities, interviews and connections was a powerful reminder of the impact this community can have.

This was one for the books and we’re already looking forward to what’s next.

Calling all Spirit pilots:

What has transpired over the last few days-the last few years really-is awful. This industry never fails to deliver you a swift kick to the face.

Instead of some kind words and heartfelt sentiment, let’s try to do something ASAP. Any Spirit pilots that just lost their job, you are cordially invited to attend TPNx free of charge. While most of the meet and greet spots for American and SWA are spoken for, we have several other recruitment teams on site who will see you without an appointment. We will also do our best to get some of you in to the standby queue, if there is availability, for SWA and AA.

What do you need to do? This:

1. Go to tpnx.app and add it to your device.
2. Get to the Irving Convention Center some time between the 6th and 7th of May (please bring proof that you were employed there)
3. Write up your resume, start any application process you can, and relax. We will do our utmost to help you out.
4. Optional - Head over to tpntalent.com and setup a profile. Let us do a little of the lifting for you…outside of the 121 world at least (for now).

You may not get a fancy name badge or have much time to prepare, but we want to give you every opportunity to move quickly after this event.

We can do this together! Fly safe friends.
