Interesting...
For those that don't know, the FHA Flipping rule imposes a 90-day waiting period that prohibits a buyer from using an FHA loan to purchase a home if the seller has owned the property for 90 days or less. Scrapping this rule could bring more fully remodeled homes into the inventory of options for home buyers using FHA loans for a low down payment primarily residence purchase. 👀
