Good Afternoon, Valued VDF Tenants! 🎒

I'm so happy to share that, thanks to your incredible generosity, we have successfully filled 100 backpacks and lunchboxes, doubling our original goal!

These backpacks will be delivered in the coming weeks to newly enrolled students at Dover Elementary who are children of migrant workers. Many of these students arrive later in the school year and may have very little when they begin. Because of your kindness, they will have the supplies they need to start their school year feeling prepared, supported, and cared for.

I want to personally thank each and every one of you from the bottom of my heart. I feel incredibly fortunate to work in a community surrounded by such a caring and generous network of tenants who always show up when it matters.

✨ An extra THANK YOU to our top donors: ✨
Derek Woryn, Dan Powers, Patricia Eller, and Skyport Aviation

Thank you for helping make a brighter start possible for these students. Your generosity truly makes a difference.

Wishing you all a wonderful week! 💛

✈️🤍 Can we all take a moment today to say THANK YOU to Skyport Aviation? 🌎

Alpha Company Aviation is proud to call the Venice Municipal Airport our headquarters because it truly is the ultimate philanthropic and community-outreach airport.

Between our flight schools that give local young people the opportunity to become pilots, our Airframe & Powerplant mechanic apprenticeship program, partnerships with local high schools and technical colleges, the disaster relief and missionary support nonprofit organization, and our emergency response teams, the Venice Municipal Airport is an airport that truly pours into the next generation and serves the community around us.

And at the heart of so much of that is Skyport Aviation.

Did you know that Skyport Aviation created and hosts our annual community event, Airport Day? They also host the Young Eagles events, where children get to experience the joy of flight completely free. And they host the emergency response company that allows people experiencing medical emergencies to be airlifted to hospitals with life-saving capabilities within minutes.

That is what community looks like. ❤️

So today, we just want to say:

THANK YOU, SKYPORT AVIATION! 🙏🏼

Thank you for investing in our community, our kids, for creating opportunities for the next generation, for supporting aviation and education. And thank you for making the world around us a better place.

You've helped create an airport that truly pours into the next generation and serves the community around us.

Thank you, Skyport!!! 🤍🌎✈️

A special moment at OAJ Airport.

We were honored to welcome a Marine veteran who was recently awarded the Medal of Honor by the President of the United States. Pictured alongside him are two members of our OAJ team, both proud Marine veterans themselves.

Moments like these remind us of the courage, sacrifice, and dedication of those who have served our nation. We are grateful to recognize and celebrate these extraordinary individuals.
