Reaching 9 years in business wouldn't be possible without our amazing community. To show our appreciation, every transaction from now through Saturday, October 10th earns you an entry into our giveaway for a plush Seahawks blanket!

We’ll draw and announce the winner on Monday, October 12th. Thank you for being part of our journey!

Over the last 9 years, we’ve done a lot more than just print shipping labels! Running an independent pack and ship shop takes miles of tape, endless boxes, and plenty of caffeine.

Thank you for trusting The Mail Room with your parcels, everyday errands, and important documents for the past 108 months and counting!

Want your packages to arrive safe and sound every single time? After 9 years of professional packing, we’ve learned a thing or two about keeping your shipments secure!

Here are 3 quick rules we follow every day:

✔️ Use the "H-Tape" Method: Tape the center seam AND both side edges to prevent bursting.
✔️ Bubbles In: Turn bubble wrap bubbles inward so they hug your item and absorb impact.
✔️ The 2-Inch Rule: Always keep 2 inches of padding between fragile items and the box walls.

💡 Pro Tip: Don't want to hassle with the mess and materials? Bring your items to us, and we'll pack them.
