**Job Description:**
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Marina Forklift Operator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating forklifts to launch and retrieve boats, ensuring the safety of all vessels and customers.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Safely operate marina forklifts and other equipment to launch, retrieve, and transport boats.
- Provide excellent customer service to our boating community.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Assist with general marina operations as needed.
- Work weekends and holidays as required.
**Qualifications:**
- Previous experience operating forklifts or similar machinery, preferably in a marina or boating environment.
- Strong understanding of boating practices and safety procedures.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to swim and respond to emergencies in the water.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to safety.
