We are looking for a Marine Propeller Repair Tech Assistant Monday - Friday 7:30am-4:00pm. Long-Term career minded individuals wanted in a small family owned business.

Qualifications:

MUST be reliable

MUST be a self -starter & always striving to learn more.

MUST be organized, take pride in workmanship & have patience.

Prefer to have someone with Auto-body or Fabrication experience.

Prefer someone who takes pride in workmanship, loves blacksmith work.

Prefer someone with boat knowledge

TIG Welding experience preferred.

Creative thinking abilities to aid in fixing & maintaining machinery.

Detail Oriented & a go-getter attitude to learn.

Ability to think outside the box.

We are willing to train the right person. This position takes years to fully learn and is a specialty trade.

We offer weekends off, paid holidays, medical benefits & paid vacations. Pay DOE.
