Progress is climbing to new heights this week with the installation of the mezzanine staircase.

One of the most exciting parts of any build is when the structure starts becoming a space you can truly experience, and this milestone does exactly that. The staircase now connects the main floor to the mezzanine level, bringing the building's layout and flow to life.

As the interior framing continues to advance, you can begin to see the scale, functionality, and vision of what will soon be a premier waterfront destination. Every detail added moves us one step closer to opening the doors and welcoming customers, families, and the entire lake community into a space built for the future.
