We haven't posted in a while, but we recently hired a new dispatcher. Abner will be doing on-the-job training over the next couple weeks and eventually assume his role as Driver Manager. He wasn't well recommended or have any prior experience, but when we realized his name was Abner we decided to hire him immediately for the sole fact that the first and second generation leaders of Good Transport LLC were known as Abner and Little Abner on the CB. Just seemed like a solid fit. Stop by and visit him if you get the chance. He's all ears.

Progress is an amazing thing. Next year will make four score, eight decades, 80 years, or a lifetime of commitment to our industry for the Good family. One picture is the first shop our family used and the other is our current shop. Many things have changed. But, we still believe and put our faith in our drivers, our mechanics, our experience, and our Lord. And, we want to wish all involved and their families a very Merry Christmas.

We normally celebrate work anniversaries and not birthdays, but last week Cody got a year older. He's been great to have on our side and does a ton behind the scenes to make the shop function. I've heard rumors that he is afraid to work in the shop. I snapped this photo of him last week refilling the furnace. Solid proof that he's not scared to work out there and get dirt under his nails. We appreciate your dedication!

If trucking ever becomes an Olympic sport, the USA will win. More importantly, Good Transport alone could provide the drivers for the competition. This group here is the "Dream Team."
