Big pour day today for the Mt Hope Custom home. insulated concrete forms all the way up to 10 ft ceilings height in the basement. My guys led by Blake have done fantastic work as always.

This july has been a busy one. Started New home in Brownsville thats getting trusses monday, Lebanon bardominium almost ready for insulation, addition started in sweet home is almost ready for drywall, broke ground on Mt hope home and here this morning at 4am were pouring the footing.

Lots going on today with our new homes.
New job in Lebanon IS getting footings poured. Roofing install and concrete garage setup in sweet home. Custom closets getting installed today in albany.

Pre painting walkthru almost ready to paint.

Day 1: setting trusses at the Bryant road job. We worked really hard to get all the underground utilities in along with the backfill and grading done before the rain set in. We are trying a thick layer of sawdust around the house this time for mud control.
My crew couldn't be better guys and the work they are doing is first class. I love the fact they rejected lumber that didn't meet their satisfaction early on in this framing process. I also am thankful for a supplier that's agrees and will do whatever it takes to get me new product delivered right away.
