What exactly is a Park Model Home? 🏡

Think of a park model as the perfect middle ground between a tiny home and a traditional home.

Park models are typically 400 square feet or less and are built on a trailer-style chassis, making them technically classified as recreational vehicles. But once they’re placed on a property, they’re designed to feel much more like a home - with a full kitchen, bathroom, living space, bedroom, and often a loft or additional sleeping area.

Unlike an RV, a park model is generally meant to be placed in one location and enjoyed long-term, rather than regularly traveled with.

They can be a great option for:
• Downsizing and simpler living
• Vacation homes
• Lake or mountain retreats
