Due to our Corporate Servers being down, we are operating with limited services at this time. We are able to send FedEx Ground and Express as well as UPS Ground, but we cannot process USPS or provide reciepts for pre-paid drop off's. Copy and Print services as well as faxing and other office services are still available at this time. Give us a call or swing on in and we will do our best to help you, it just might be a little slower process.

📬 20 Years Strong: A Heartfelt Thank You from Goin’ Postal Superior ❤️

This week marks 20 years of serving the Twin Ports — Duluth and Superior.

Twenty years. It feels like just yesterday we unlocked the doors for the first time. How has time slipped by so quickly?
We started this journey when I was taking a little break from applying to law schools — never imagining that what began as a temporary detour would become our life’s work and this community’s favorite little shipping spot with a big heart.
We’ve weathered it all together: two recessions, the long Tower Avenue reconstruction, the COVID pandemic, wars overseas, and this wild, modern, difficult world we’re all navigating now. We’ve seen three competitors come and go since we opened… and through every challenge, you — our incredible customers, neighbors, and friends — kept showing up.
For over a decade we’ve poured our hearts into this community with art shows, live music nights, the Annual Goin’ Postal Fall Music Festival, and the beloved (and slightly spooky) Poltergeist Pub Crawl every Halloween. These events weren’t just parties — they were our way of saying “thank you” and reminding everyone how special the Twin Ports truly are.
There have been moments of exhaustion, moments of doubt, and moments where the weight of keeping small business doors open felt heavy. But there have been so many more moments of joy, laughter, connection, and pride — all because of you.
As we turn 20, we’re feeling a little melancholy about how fast it’s gone… but even more hopeful for what’s ahead. The Twin Ports raised us as much as we’ve tried to serve them. We’re still here, still shipping your packages with care, still hosting music and art, and still believing in the power of small businesses and strong communities.
Thank you for 20 years of trust, friendship, and support. Here’s to the next 20 — whatever they may bring.

ATTENTION!!! SCAM ALERT!!!

There is a new scam that is targeting Senior Citizens in our area. Scammers are getting a hold of seniors and convincing them to send cash via FEDEX Overnight to different addresses in Miami Gardens, Florida. It has happened here in Superior on more than one occasion and we have been able to stop some of it.

PLEASE TELL YOUR SENIOR FRIENDS AND FAMILY, If anyone tries to convince them to send cash through the Mail, FEDEX or UPS, inform them that THEY ARE BEING SCAMMED!. Superior P.D. is aware and investigating. Notify Police if it happens to you or a loved one right away!

If you ever are wondering if you are being scammed, you probably are!
