Alex started at Dillanos as a seasonal packager and worked his way up to Packaging Supervisor through dedication, hard work, and a genuine passion for helping others succeed.

When asked about his favorite coffee, Hannah’s Blend takes the top spot:
“Smooth, chocolatey, great black or with creamer… plus it’s my wife’s name, so bonus points.”
Alex says Core Value #11, Serve Our Community & Each Other, resonates most with him:
