I am grateful for the privilege of attending Grow Your Star at Landstar’s corporate headquarters in Jacksonville, Florida.

This experience reminded me that success is not built alone. I am thankful for the tools, resources, training, mentorship, and support Landstar provides to help independent agents strengthen their businesses and reach their full potential.

Being surrounded by knowledgeable leaders, experienced professionals, and other motivated agents was both inspiring and encouraging. I left Jacksonville with greater confidence, valuable insight, and a renewed vision for the future of RBC Freight Agency.

What I appreciate most about Landstar is the opportunity to build an independent business while having access to the strength, experience, technology, and resources of a respected global transportation network. Putting together a small token of appreciation for my contacts over at MGM International reminded me why I truly love what I do.

Working with great people like Liz and Brian has been such a positive experience. Through my role at Landstar System, I’ve had the opportunity to connect with incredible professionals who value communication, trust, and teamwork.

In this industry, it’s easy to get caught up in emails, rates, and deadlines, but at the end of the day, it’s really about relationships.
