Hi, I’m Sierra Jefferson, founder of The Chaos Coordinator. As a mom myself, I know how overwhelming family life can get and how valuable it is to have someone you can rely on to step in and help.
I started The Chaos Coordinator to give parents peace of mind by providing safe, dependable before- and after-school transportation. But I also know that chaos doesn’t stop at the school drop-off line, which is why I offer flexible support with everyday tasks from running errands and picking up groceries to helping with laundry and household organization.
My approach is simple: make life easier for parents while creating a safe, positive experience for kids. I pride myself on being reliable, trustworthy, and flexible always ready to step in where you need the extra help most.
Outside of work, I love volunteering with Girl Scouts, spending time with my daughter, and staying active in the community. These experiences have taught me the importance of patience, organization, and teamwork qualities I bring into every service I provide.
