My son ———————-had his successful Private pilot check ride today and I wanted to offer you some feedback and recognition about your flight instructor staff.
Cameron, in particular, showed great compassion, professionalism and dedication to ——. When ——- attention began to flounder, Cameron reached out to me to offer his help, listen thoughtfully to my ideas and thoroughly evaluate the needs of ——. Most impressive was that Cameron followed through on all of the points that we initially talked about. His dedication never wavered and he remained committed to ——‘s success right up to the day of his check ride. His professionalism and compassion are an asset to Sky Blue and I am very pleased that he offered his time and attention, it really made the critical difference.
Additionally, Ivan was ——‘s first instructor at Sky Blue and Ivan ensured that —— learned the skills and information that he would come to rely on in a fun and thoughtful way. Ivan also took Sam under his wing and guided him through his initial training with a great deal of compassion.
Lastly, Harrison and Chris provided a well-rounded and thorough set of instructions for ——— to follow as a young student pilot and became mentors to ——-that I know he will emulate.
I wanted you to know how grateful we are to your superb flight instructors, you are fortunate to have them on your team.
