Good morning, everyone! The new platform we are using, Trashflow, big launch is today. So exciting☺️ At the moment we are in training, unable to take calls. Apologies. Invoices will be going out today, hopefully. As long as all our work pays off. This should be a much more user friendly platform. Its been 2 months of grueling training and fine tuning, lots of callbacks when we couldn't answer, emails unanswered for a few days. Once the dust settles we believe our customer service will be much improved with Trashflow. Fingers crossed! Please stay safe out there this weekend🙏

Just a fyi as of monday 8/31 qb will be off line as we transition to the new software.

I still have many many folks that have outstanding balances if payments are not made by then you will have to call and I will take you payment thru the new system.

Good evening my trashy.

First let me apologize for last week.
Im not sure what what all happened but yes trash was missed and I fired 2 drivers we are training new drivers and will and should be back on track this week. Again I apologize not sure and have no excuses for that but we will do better for sure.
