Mr. Erby is not only a hit with passengers and coordinators, he's also an exceptional role model for our other drivers. Mr. Erby is always ready to jump in and provide guidance, suggest routes, back buses into narrow spaces, whatever the need may be. And always with a cool head and a smile on his face.
