We’re looking for an experienced Shop Supervisor / Diesel Mechanic to manage and maintain our fleet of 30 trucks.

🔧 Hands-on leadership role
🔧 Oversee PM schedules & repairs
🔧 Keep fleet DOT compliant & road-ready
🔧 Manage shop workflow & parts

✅ 5+ years diesel experience
✅ Heavy-duty truck diagnostics required
✅ Leadership experience preferred
✅ CDL a plus
