"...We work with highly experienced and professional aviators throughout the world. Over the years, I have had many conversations with highly experienced pilots who are interested in doing ferry work. I tell them all the same thing: "Ferry flying is not the same as airline or corporate flying." The best ferry pilots are those who maintain a pro-active approach to each project, are engaged in the process of working to ensure things are addressed ahead of time, remain flexible to adjust schedules and plans - often with very little notice - and understand the importance of maintaining excellent communications throughout the entire project. This is certainly not an exhaustive list of attributes as ferry pilots are the eyes and ears of the operation and therefore are often required to think outside of the box and to help identify solutions that are safe, efficient and cost-effective based on dynamic situations. Most importantly, the best ferry pilots possess outstanding attitudes: they are positive, friendly and embrace being part of a team. We rely on these aviators to not only represent Paramount in the field, but to ensure that we are taking impeccable care of our customers while maintaining the highest standard of safety and always working to keep costs low. Not all pilots are cut out to be ferry pilots. As such, we vet the professionals we work with very closely and use only those who possess the characteristics listed above. To those men and woman aviators that we have the pleasure and privilege of working with; those who get the job done at all hours of the day and night, in good weather and bad, overcoming obstacles and always keeping things safe. To those professionals I salute you. Thank you for all that you do. Be Safe."
